  The store didn't clear me before going to the next customer who bought an IPAD, which is now on my bill. Have been working with them for more than two weeks, and still no resolution. Store keeps telling me the district guy was on vacation but he is back now and still hasn't fixed the problem. I'm sure Verizon is going to want all of the payment on the 13th. Probably won't get it. Wow. Really fast response. Brandon called this morning and told me what he planned to do about this whole thing. The resolution is more than fair, and my faith in Verizon is restored. Thank you Brandon.
